Cleveland State Has Strong Doubles Play
Cleveland State has had a strong showing in doubles play this spring, picking up the doubles point in 14 of its 20 matches so far this year. Entering Sunday's contest against Green Bay, the Vikings have earned the doubles point in five straight matches, including a trio of Horizon League contests. The Vikings have had 11 doubles pairings this spring, led by Joe VanMeter and Andre Mick who own a team-best 9-5 record at No. 1 doubles.
Slade & Radosevic Closing In On 20-Win Seasons
Entering the weekend freshman Benjamin Slade and sophomore Mirko Radosevic are closing in on 20-win seasons, as Slade is just two wins shy of the mark and Radosevic is three wins short of a 20-win season. Slade currently has a team-best 18-13 singles record this season, and would become just the sixth Viking to record a 20-win season during their rookie campaigns, while it would also mark the first 20-win season for Radosevic.
VanMeter In The Record Books
Entering Sunday's contest against Green Bay, senior Joe VanMeter is just one win shy of moving into sixth place on the CSU Singles Wins list. VanMeter enters the weekend with 70 career singles wins, and is one of just 12 Vikings all-time to reach the 70-win milestone. This spring, VanMeter owns a 9-10 singles record and is currently playing at the top spot in the lineup.

The 14th annual Team, Alumni & Friends banquet will be held this Friday, April 15. The banquet will begin at 6:00 p.m. with dinner, player recognition, team slide show, and senior speeches. Scouting The Phoenix
Green Bay enters the weekend with a 9-6 overall record and a 2-1 mark against league opponents. Green Bay's only loss in league play came against Valparaiso last weekend (5-2), before the Phoenix rebounded with a 4-3 victory at UIC.
This will be the 21st meeting between the two teams over the last 13 seasons, with the overall series tied at 10-10.
