TOLEDO, Ohio – The Cleveland State men's tennis team finished play at the UT Rocket Invitational Sunday, facing Purdue, Western Michigan, and Toledo in doubles and singles action.

Joe VanMeter and Andre Mick posted singles wins against Western Michigan, while Nolan Marks picked up a singles victory against Toledo. VanMeter earned a 7-6 (12), 6-2 victory over Andrew Cahn, Mick posted a 6-3, 6-2 victory over Marc Shideler, and Marks recorded a 7-5, 3-6, 10-8 win over Roberto Meza.

Colton Buffington and Mirko Radosevic picked up Cleveland State's lone doubles win on the final day of the UT Rocket Invitational, posting a 6-1, 6-3 victory over a duo from Purdue.

Next up for the Vikings will be the ITA Midwest Regional, taking place in Ann Arbor, Mich. from Thursday, Oct. 16 through Monday, Oct. 20. CSU will find out who earns a spot in the regional during the first part of the week.
