Cleveland State University swimming & diving signed Liam Pearson from Dryden, Michigan. Pearson dove for Oxford High School and Elite Diving.
Pearson recorded third, fifth, and seventh-place finishes at the state meet. He was a two-time captain and team MVP. In addition, he was named the Rookie of the Year and Wildcat Award winner as a senior.
"I chose Cleveland State because of the great engineering and swimming facilities."
For his club, he finished 11th and 13th at the AAU nationals and medaled at the AAU Red, White, and Blue.
Pearson is the son of Kimberly and John Pearson and will be majoring in mechanical engineering.
