The Game
The Vikings conclude their three-game road swing to open the 2024 season tomorrow against the reigning national champions and the top team in the country, Notre Dame, at 6 p.m.
Last Game Out
Cleveland State dropped its first game of the year against in-state opponent, Ohio State, on Saturday, 13-6. Wyatt Robertson led all scorers with his first collegiate hat-trick and forced a game-best two turnovers. Justin Daulm made his first collegiate start goal and finished with 12 saves.
About Notre Dame
The Fighting Irish are coming off their first-ever national championship win and will look to build off their 14-2 season. Notre Dame had four players named to the preseason All-ACC team: Pat Kavanagh, Eric Dobson, Liam Entenmann, and Ben Ramsey.
All-Time Series
This will be the fourth meeting with Notre Dame winning the previous three contests at home. Last season, the Irish came away with an 18-8 victory.

The Vikings named Amiri Austin, Karson Burkey, Grayson Dague, Lane Miller, Reggie Regala, and Charlie Williams as captains for the upcoming 2024 season.

Parker Yearego (Week 1) was named offensive and Connor Kernan (Week 1) earned defensive.

Yearego (Week 1) was part of the USILA Team of the Week as a midfielder.
ASUN Poll
The Green and White were chosen to finish seventh for the second straight season in the preseason poll. Utah took the No. 1 spot after receiving nine first-place votes for 99 points. Jacksonville was second with 82 points and Air Force was third with a first-place vote and 80 points.
NEC in 2025
This will be the final season in the ASUN for Cleveland State before moving over to the NEC for the 2025 season. The Vikings will be one of four affiliated members of the seven-team NEC lacrosse conference, as the Green and White will be joined by fellow Horizon League members Detroit Mercy and Robert Morris. VMI is the fourth affiliated member and the other teams in the conference include core members, Le Moyne, LIU, and Wagner.
2024 Cleveland State Men's Lacrosse Tickets
Season tickets for all six home games for the 2024 slate are now on sale for $30 per ticket. Single-game tickets will begin in February with prices set at $10.00 for adults and $8.00 for children 12 and under.

The Vikings play their first home game on Saturday, Feb. 24 against High Point at noon. This will be the first-ever meeting between the teams.
