COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Cleveland State men's golf team concluded its season with a final round 309 at the NCAA Columbus Regional at the par-71, 7,364-yard The Scarlet Course.

CSU, competing in the NCAA regionals for the fifth straight year and the ninth time in the last 13 seasons, finished 13th with a 54-hole total of 929 (309-310-310). The Vikings qualified for NCAA regionals after winning their fifth straight Horizon League Championship in late April.

Freshman Jules Blakely concluded a strong showing at his first career regionals with a final round 76. He was CSU's top finisher, tying for 43rd place with a 227 total (75-75-77). Blakely had CSU's low round on each of the first two days.

Freshman Zak Supelak tied for 64th place with rounds of 77-78-81 (236), while junior Anton Krecic was in 66th place after rounds of 80-81-76 (237).

Senior Blake Prince shot 86-76-77 (239) to finish 68th, while senior Joey Krecic tied for 69th place at 242 (77-85-80).

Joey Krecic and Prince concluded their careers as the second and third players in school history to play in four straight NCAA regionals, joining Patrick Luth (2014-17). The trio - along with Paul Minko and Matt McAdoo - are the only players in program history to be part of four Horizon League Championship squads.

Oklahoma State won the regional title with an 844 total by eight shots over Illinois. Both squads along with UNLV (867), Northwestern (868) and Texas Tech (870) advance to the NCAA Championship by virtue of their top-five finishes. They will be joined at nationals by Michigan's Kyle Mueller who earned medalist honors with a 208 total.
