Play Suspended Late in Round Two at NCAA Columbus Regional

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Cleveland State men's golf team continued play at the NCAA Columbus Regional on Tuesday at the par-71, 7,364-yard Scarlet Course, but play was halted due to lightning just after 2:00 pm. Just over four hours later, it was announced the second round would be suspended with play resuming on Wednesday morning at 7:00 am.

The third round will be played as scheduled on Wednesday following the conclusion of the second round.

CSU, Michigan State, Louisville, Yale and the 10 individuals in the field will all finish their second rounds on Wednesday morning as the remaining nine teams all completed their rounds prior to the stoppage of play.

Two Vikings - Blake Prince and Anton Krecic - were able to complete their second rounds before the delay. Joey Krecic will finish his final hole on Wednesday morning, while Zak Supelak has two holes to complete and Jules Blakely will play three holes to conclude his second round.
