The Cleveland State men's basketball team will open the 2003 Horizon League Tournament with a first-round game at Loyola University Chicago on Tuesday night at 8 p.m. ET. The Vikings, 8-21, enter the game as the #9 seed while the Ramblers, 14-15, are the #4 seed. Other first-round contests on Tuesday include #7 Youngstown State at #6 UW-Green Bay and #8 Wright State at #5 Detroit.

The tournament will continue on Friday, March 7 at U.S. Cellular Arena in Milwaukee, Wis., with quarterfinal matchups.
