DETROIT - Guard Percell Coles (Philadelphia, Pa./Simon Gratz) scored a game-high 24 points at Detroit Saturday but Cleveland State lost to the Titans 72-55 at Calihan Hall in the regular-season finale for both teams.

CSU, 8-21 and 3-13 in the Horizon League, will be the #9 seed in the upcoming Horizon League tournament and travel to #4 Loyola Tuesday for a first-round game. UDM, 16-11 and 9-7, will be the #5 seed and play host to #8 Wright State, also on Tuesday.

Coles was joined in double figures by senior Andre' Williams (Clayton, N.J./Bishop Eustace) who tallied 14 points.

The Titans had a balanced scoring attack with five players reaching double figures. Senior Willie Green led UDM with 14 points and Elijah Warren scored 12 coming off the bench while Terrell Riggs and Willie Wallace added 11 each.

While Detroit hit a stellar 52.1 percent (25-of-48) from the field, the Vikings only connected on 33.3 percent (17-of-51).

The Titans outrebounded CSU 33-25. CSU's Pape Badiane (les Ulis, France/Faith Christian Academy) and UDM's Ryvon Covile shared game honors with six boards each.
