DETROIT (AP) - Greg Grays scored a team-high 17 points as Detroit Mercy beat Cleveland State 53-50 on Saturday, extending the nation's longest home winning-streak to 38 games.

Marc Mazur added 13 points and 15 rebounds, both career-highs, while Willie Green added 10 points for the Titans.

Jamaal Harris led the Vikings with a game-high 23 points.

Detroit (10-8, 4-2 Horizon League) has won four straight games, while Cleveland State dropped to 8-9 overall and 2-4 in the league.

Darius Belin missed a pair of free throws late in the game, but Mazur ran down the rebound and passed to Grays, who was fouled by Cleveland State. Grays hit two free throws to seal the victory with 5.8 seconds left.

The Titans led by as many as 13 points in the second half and by 12 after Mazur's layup with 10:46 left in the game. Detroit then went nearly seven minutes without a field goal while the Vikings scored 15 straight points, taking a 48-45 lead on Harris' 3-pointer with 3:59 left.

But then Cleveland State went cold, and the Titans scored six straight points to regain a 51-48 lead.

Harris hit a driving layup to pull the Vikings within one with 1:26 left. Cleveland State had a chance to retake the lead, but Jermaine Robinson was called for a charging foul with 47.7 seconds left.
