Columbus, OH-Seniors Deshon Parker and Deante Johnson competed for Team Ohio as part of the Classic for Columbus this past weekend. 

Parker was named game MVP and Johnson finished a perfect 4-4 from the field as Team Ohio defeated the HBCU All-Star Team 83-77 at the Schottenstein Center at Ohio State University. 

Parker filled the stat sheet, posting 14 points, seven rebounds, four assists and two steals en route to winning MVP honors for the game. He also connected on all four of his free throw attempts in the contest. Parker also led the way with a plus-minus rating of 15. 

Johnson registered nine points and five boards in 19 minutes of game action. He finished a perfect 4-4 from the field. 

This is the second edition of the Classic for Columbus. Eight players from the inaugural game went on to pro careers.
