Independence, OH-Another edition of the D-Rob Men's Basketball Coaches Show is scheduled for tonight at TopGolf in Independence. Viking fans are encouraged to attend the show in-person and can also listen live on 1350 AM The Gambler or on the iHeartRadio app.
Host Al Pawlowski will be joined by Head Coach Daniyal Robinson to kick off the show recapping a big weekend for the Vikings and previewing the week ahead. Cleveland State has won four games in a row, all at the Wolstein Center, to move into sole possession of second place in the Horizon League standings. CSU is 13-5 in league play and will finish the regular season with a trip to Wisconsin to take on Green Bay and Milwaukee this weekend.
In addition, senior point guard Deshon Parker will join the show to touch on the team's recent success. Parker was one of three seniors honored prior to Sunday's game against Northern Kentucky as part of the Senior Day celebration. Parker is averaging 10.2 points and 3.9 assists per game and is coming off of a game where he filled up the stat sheet against NKU, scoring six points, pulling down five rebounds and adding five assists.
Also scheduled to join the show is Head Men's Lacrosse Coach Andy German. The Viking lacrosse season is underway, Cleveland State has played two games and is currently preparing to host its first home game coming up on March 4th against Canisius at Krenzler Field.
