2015-16 SEASON
•    Played in 29 games, starting five.
•    Averaged 5.7 points and 3.1 rebounds.
•    Scored seven points (3-5 FG) vs. Green Bay (3/5) in first round of League tournament.
•    Missed three games (Feb. 16-22) with ankle injury, returning to action vs. Northern Kentucky (2/25), posting eight points, four rebounds and two steals.
•    Scored career-high 15 points (5-7 FG) at UIC (1/30), adding six rebounds and career-best four assists.
•    Made first career start at Valparaiso (1/28).
•    Grabbed career-high 11 rebounds at Northern Kentucky (1/16).
•    Tallied nine points and four rebounds vs. Milwaukee (1/9).
•    Had 8 rebounds at Oakland (1/2).
•    Had 10 points, five rebounds and three steals vs. Cedarville (12/29).
•    Finished with six points, four boards and three steals vs. Belmont (12/19).
•    Tallied 11 points, seven rebounds, two steals and two blocks at Loyola (12/16), hitting 7-of-8 at the free throw line.
•    Made all three field goals and was 3-of-5 from free throw line for nine points vs. Kent State (12/5).

Played his final two seasons at Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary... earned second team all-district and second team All-Ohio honors after averaging 16.0 points and 11.0 rebounds as a senior... led team to 26-1 record and berth in regional final his senior year... averaged 12.0 points and 8.0 rebounds as a junior, helping SVSM to state semifinals... spent first two seasons at The Linsly School in Wheeling, W. Va.

Born Oct. 21, 1996, in Pittsburgh, Pa... son of Mel and Tianda Blount... has two brothers, Akil and Khalid... Akil plays football at FAMU... father, Mel, played 14 seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers and is a member of the NFL Hall of Fame... business major.
