Edwards Named Horizon League Freshman of the Week

CLEVELAND, Ohio - Cleveland State freshman guard Rob Edwards (Detroit, Mich.) has been named the Horizon League Freshman of the Week. It is the third time Edwards has earned the award this year.

Edwards averaged 16.3 points and 5.3 rebounds in CSU's two games last week. He totaled 19 points and five rebounds to lead the Vikings past Northern Kentucky on Thursday and finished with 20 points and eight rebounds versus Wright State on Saturday.

It was his fourth 20-point game of the year.
