Softball
-The Vikings captured their third Horizon League Tournament title last weekend, picking up wins against IUPUI (2-1), Oakland (2-1), Robert Morris (7-0), and Northern Kentucky (6-1) en route to claiming the championship as the No. 3 seed in the bracket.
-With the win, the Vikings earned the Horizon League's automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament, and will travel to Norman, Oklahoma for Regional play with Boston University, Oregon, and the host Oklahoma Sooners. 
-Cleveland State had five named to the All-Tournament Team; Becky Hurosky, Brooke Albaugh, Kylie Gorsuch, Kiera Frascone, and MVP Melissa Holzopfel.

Softball
Cleveland State won its third Horizon League Tournament title – and first since 2009 – last weekend, going 4-1 throughout tournament play, including a 6-1 victory against Northern Kentucky in the championship matchup.
