A look at what's happening in Cleveland State Athletics… 

Men's Basketball
-Cleveland State (1-3) will play three games over a five-day span this week, hosting FIU on Tuesday, November 19 before traveling to Washington, D.C. for the D.C. Classic where the Vikings will face UNC Wilmington (Friday, November 22) and Eastern Kentucky (Saturday, November 23).
-Last week the Vikings dropped a pair of contests at Missouri State (73-53) and at South Carolina (90-63), with Tyrese Potoma and Daylen Williams recording a team-best 10 points against the Bears and Tre Gomillion posting a team-high 18 points against the Gamecocks.
-After the first two weeks of the season, Algevon Eichelberger is averaging a team-best 13.0 ppg and 7.0 rpg, while Tre Gomillion is averaging 10.3 points per contest.

Women's Basketball
-The Vikings (2-1) will continue their three-game roadswing through the state of New York this week, facing Hofstra on Monday, November 18 and St. Bonaventure on Saturday, November 23.
-Cleveland State is currently on a two-game winstreak, after picking up a 110-41 victory over Davis & Elkins and a 79-49 win at LIU.
-Mariah Miller is averaging 24.0 points per game this season – a mark that ranks ninth nationally – after recording 26 points against Davis & Elkins and a career-high 30 points at LIU.

Men's Swimming & Diving
-Cleveland State will host the Magnus Cup this weekend, with the three-day meet beginning Friday, November 22.
-The meet is the biggest in-season competition for the Vikings and will feature 10 men's and 13 women's teams.

Women's Swimming & Diving

Wrestling
-Cleveland State heads to the Navy Classic this Saturday, November 23.
-The event will feature 18 total teams, including squads from the Big Ten, Big 12, Pac 12 and ACC.
-The Vikings were off from competition this past weekend but produced four first-place finishes in their last action at the Ohio Intercollegiate Open.

Volleyball
-Cleveland State (8-19, 4-12) wrapped up the 2019 season last weekend, splitting its final homestand of the year against Northern Kentucky (L, 3-1) and IUPUI (W, 3-2).
-For the season, Trinniti Hall led the Vikings with 359 kills, while Lindsey Tout posted a team-best 406 digs and Hannah Greene recorded 117 total blocks to lead the Vikings.
-Three Vikings finished the season ranked in the CSU Career Record Book: Christina Grecol (7th Assists, 2,100), Emily DeGeorge (10th Digs, 1,121) and Hannah Greene (T-10th Block Assists, 275).

Cross Country
-The Vikings concluded the 2019 campaign last weekend, participating in the NCAA Great Lakes Regional.
-Cleveland State's top finisher was Anna Brandt, who posted a 6K time of 22:49, while Hannah Korte (23:51) and Olivia Hammons (24:08) rounded out the top-three Viking finishers.

Viking Of The Week
Mariah Miller, Women's Basketball
The senior led the Vikings to a pair of wins last week, combining for 56 points against Davis & Elkins and LIU. Miller scored a then career-high 26 points against the Senators to open the week, and then bettered that mark against the Sharks, finishing with 30 points at LIU. She went 10-for-15 from the floor in both games, while also grabbing 12 rebounds, five assists and three steals on the week.
