CAREER RACE-BY-RACE RESULTS

2016 // SENIOR SEASON
Received the John and Sandra Konstantinos’s Scholarship at the CSU Athletic Academic Honors Luncheon for strong personal values and academic standards…competed in all nine races for the Vikings throughout the season…notched a season-best 5K time of 19:58 at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic…recorded a season-best 6K time at the LHU Invitational, crossing the finish line in 24:40…followed that up with a 6K time of 24:42 at the All-Ohio Championship…finished the 4.3K Storm Invitational in a time of 18:37…competed at the NCAA Regionals, finishing the 6K course in 25:05.

2015 // JUNIOR SEASON
Competed in limited action for the Vikings due to injury…finished in Cleveland State’s top-three during three of the five races she participated in…posted a season-best 5K time of 20:32 at the #JennaStrong Classic…notched a season-best 6K time of 24:47 at the All-Ohio Championship.

2014 // SOPHOMORE SEASON
Was one of Cleveland State’s top finishers throughout the season…recorded a career-best 5K time of 19:49 at the Friendship Invitational (Sept. 20)…posted a career-best 6K time of 24:18 at the All-Ohio Championship (Oct. 3) – a mark that ranks 38th on the all-time 6K performance list at Cleveland State…was the third Viking to cross the finish line at the WC Fall Classic (Oct. 17), placing 66th overall with a time of 19:58…finished 39th at the Mel Brodt Collegiate Opener (Sept. 12) with a time of 19:51.

2013 // FRESHMAN SEASON
Was just shy of posting a sub 20-minute 5K at the Ohio Invitational, posting a season-best time of 20:01…recorded a season-best 6K time at the Friendship Invitational, finishing in a time of 24:58…was one of CSU’s top-four finishers during six races…notched a 5K time of 20:26 at the WC Fall Classic…was the fourth Viking to cross the finish line at the Horizon League Championship, placing 48th overall with a 5K time of 20:19.

HIGH SCHOOL
Three-time All-Ohio runner…led team to a regional championship as a freshman with the team placing fourth at the state meet…part of a team that finished third at the state meet as a sophomore.

PERSONAL
Born May 13, 1995 in Warren, Ohio…daughter of Paul and Alysia Shamrock…has one brother, Shaun, and one sister, Autumn…member of the National Honor Society and earned Honor Roll accolades…plans to major in Nursing.
