CAREER RACE-BY-RACE RESULTS

2016 // JUNIOR SEASON
Appeared in six races throughout the season…posted season-best 5K and 6K times at the LHU Invitational – crossing the finish line with a 6K time of 27:06 and passing the 5K split in a time of 22:15…just shy of tying her season-best 5K time at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic, finishing in a time of 22:16…crossed the finish line in 20:24 at the 4.3K Storm Invitational.

PRIOR TO CLEVELAND STATE
Spent two seasons at Cuyahoga Community College…qualified for nationals in cross country and track (4x800) during her career at Tri-C.

HIGH SCHOOL
Four-time cross country MVP at Fairview High School…cross country regional qualifier…earned First Team All-League honors in the mile and 800 meter run during track season…regional qualifier with the 4x800 meter relay.

Born May 31, 1996 in Fairview Park, Ohio…daughter of Daniel and Jennifer McQuate…has two brothers, John and Ethan, and one sister, Lacey…occupational therapy major.
