Altamonte Springs, Fla. - The Vikings took care of business in their final match of the spring trip in Altamonte Springs, Fla., claiming a 7-0 victory over Tiffin on Tuesday (March 15) night.

Despite playing withour No. 1 singles player Sarah Galon, the Vikings responded to the task with one of their strongest showings on the season for their school-record 11th win on the season. CSU scored wins in all three of the doubles matches and allowed the Dragons no more than three games in any set during the match.

Freshman Jenn Myers, playing at No. 1 singles for the first time this season, notched a strong 6-0, 6-1 win over Julia Grove, while Lindsay Sellers (No. 3) and Christine Vogelgesang (No. 4) all tallied wins at their highest positions of their careers.

"We really took care of things today," assistant coach David Howell said. "Everybody stepped it up a bit with Sarah [Galon] out of the lineup. I'm really impressed with the effort we had."

CSU returns to action on April 1 when they head to Fort Wayne, Ind. for a 1:00 p.m. match with IPFW.
