Daniels (2008-11) was an integral part of the women's soccer team during her four years at Cleveland State, turning a newly formed program into a yearly contender in the Horizon League. After earning All-Horizon League Second team honors as a freshman and sophomore, Daniels was named to the All-Horizon League First Team as a junior and senior, becoming the first – and only – player in program history to be a four-time All-League honoree.

Daniels, who played and started in all but one game during her time as a Viking, graduated as the Cleveland State career record holder in goals (19), assists (19), points (57), shots (177), and shots on goal (99), with the assists, points, shots, and shots on goal marks still standing today. In addition, Daniels also set CSU Single-Season records for goals (9) and points (23) during the 2010 campaign, both of which still stand today.

As a junior, Daniels helped the Vikings post their first-ever winning season, while Cleveland State followed that up with its first-ever 10-win campaign during her final year. Along with her Horizon League honors, Daniels also earned All-Ohio First Team and Second Team accolades.

Daniels will be the first women's soccer student-athlete to be inducted into the Cleveland State Athletics Hall of Fame.
