Allison (Craine) Lowe enters her first season as a volunteer assistant coach at Cleveland State, following a standout career in a Viking uniform.
Lowe was a four-year letterwinner at CSU from 2007-2011, and was the team's top finisher during 29 races throughout her career. As a senior, Lowe led the Vikings to a fourth place finish at the Horizon League Championship, their highest finish in program history.
Lowe, who graduated from CSU in 2012 with a degree in physical education, finished her career with eight of the top-10 5K times since 2005 - when Joe Jaketic became head coach.
The Austintown, Ohio native is currently pursuing her masters degree in exercise physiology and is a graduate assistant with the exercise science program.
