CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State track & field team will be back in action this weekend, taking part in the Yellow Jacket Collegiate Open on Saturday, March 30.

Saturday's meet will begin at 10:00 a.m. with both field and running events. Fans can follow along with LIVE RESULTS.

This will mark the second outdoor meet of the season for the Vikings, as they opened the 2024 outdoor slate at the Emory Spring Break Classic earlier this month. 

During the first meet of the season, Cleveland State recorded 16 top-10 finishes, including a pair of event wins from Grace Frye in the Shot Put and Natalie Keller in the 10,000 Meter Run. 

Frye recorded a quartet of school records during opening weekend, setting program-best marks in the Shot Put, Hammer, Discus, and Javelin. In addition, Madelynn Madison posted the second fastest time in program history in the 1,500 Meter Run at the Emory Spring Break Classic.
