Weather permitting, there will be a live video stream of the All-Ohio Championships, with coverage at the start, midway point, and finish line. The video stream is free and can be accessed via the link above or on the cross country schedule page.

THE FIELD
Cleveland State will be part of a 54-team field at the All-Ohio Championships – a field that includes teams from Division I, Division II, Division III and NAIA. The Vikings will be one of three Horizon League teams competing, joining Wright State and Youngstown State.

FAMILIAR COURSE
The Vikings will be running on a familiar course Friday, as Cleveland State just ran at the Elvin R. King Cross Country Course for the Friendship Invitational (September 19). Although the Friendship Invitational was run on the 5K loop, Friday's 6K race will follow much of the same course.

WOODS NAMED HL RUNNER OF THE WEEK
For the first time in her career, Ashlyn Woods was named the Horizon League Runner of the Week, picking up the accolade on Monday (Sept. 28) following her standout performance at the LHU Invitational. Woods finished the 6K course in a time of 22:25 – placing 12th out of 258 runners. Her time marked the second-fastest 6K in CSU history, while her 5K split of 18:44 also marked the second-fastest time in program history.

PERSONAL-BEST TIMES ABOUND
Last time out, six Vikings recorded personal-best 6K times and four posted personal-best 5K times at the split, making the LHU Invitational one of CSU's best races over the past few seasons.

Setting 6K personal-best times were:
Samantha Butterbaugh (23:16)
Ashley Lydic (24:47)
Emily Marshall (26:08)
Kristin McCarthy (25:25)
Megan O'Keefe (24:48)
Marissa Sell (24:08)

Setting 5K personal-best times were:
Emily Marshall (21:41)

Megan O'Keefe (20:43)
Marissa Sell (19:56)

THREE TOP-30 6K TIMES
Three Vikings earned a spot in the top-30 on the CSU Top-Performances list last time out – including Ashlyn Woods who notched the second-fastest 6K time in CSU history. Woods' 6K time is second only to her own time of 22:17 that she recorded last year at the Horizon League Championship. Also earning a spot on the list were Samantha Butterbaugh (23:16 – 8th) and Marissa Sell (24:08 – T-30th).

…AND A PAIR OF TOP-30 5K TIMES
Ashlyn Woods and Samantha Butterbaugh also recorded top-30 5K times with their splits from the LHU Invitational – Woods placing second with a time of 18:44 and Butterbaugh placing 26th with a time of 19:17.
