Duties:
Assists the head coach in all facets of the volleyball program to ensure a quality program and successful team. Participates in athlete recruitment, training, and retention. Monitors and supports academic success of student athletes. Assists with day-to-day operations of the program. Participates in promotional and fund raising activities. Interacts professionally with all internal and external customers using strong interpersonal skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree. Prior experience coaching at the collegiate or equivalent level. Knowledge of and commitment to NCAA rules.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree. Previous experience with progressively increasing responsibility in recruiting, scheduling, providing academic support, and coordinating volleyball camps and clinics.
