After battling various injuries over the last three seasons, Kourtney Volkmer is poised to step-in and play a key role for the Vikings this season. She has worked hard to get back to the form that made her one of the top high school players in the state as a senior. While she may not possess the highest vertical or the strongest swing, Volkmer will always work hard to put herself and the team in position to be successful.
