Molly King is the kind of middle hitter that has the opportunity to succeed in the CSU system. She is long, athletic and agile, can finish at the net and can also affect the game on defense. King is a hard worker who wants to succeed on the court, culminating her high school career with a state championship.
High School
• Was an all-state and all-area selection as a junior and
senior, playing for coach Brad McCarter.
• Earned all-conference honors in each of her last three
seasons after leading the team in blocks.
• Helped lead team to four league titles, a state
championship her senior season and a berth in the state semifinals
as a freshman.
• Made the North All Star team and went on to help squad
defeat the South.
• Also earned four letters in basketball and softball.
• All-league selection her final three years in basketball
and the Defensive Player of the Year as a junior and senior.
• Earned all-conference accolades in softball as a junior
and senior.
