Katie Meyer is beginning her first season with the Cleveland State Vikings, and will serve as a volunteer assistant coach. Meyer recently concluded a four-year playing career at the University of Memphis where she spent time as a middle blocker.

Meyer accumulated 273 blocks during her collegiate career, averaging 0.86 blocks per set. As a junior, she ranked ninth in Conference USA averaging 0.95 blocks per set, while she ranked 18th as a sophomore (0.83 blocks per set).

Meyer, a native of Dalton, Ohio and graduate of Walsh Jesuit High School, graduated from Memphis this past spring, earning a bachelors degree in sport and leisure management.
