CHICAGO, Ill. – The Cleveland State volleyball team closed out one of its busiest stretches of the season Sunday afternoon, dropping a 3-0 contest at UIC. Sunday's match marked the final road contest of the regular season for the Vikings, and marked the third match over a four-day span for Cleveland State.

Erica Kostelac led the Viking offense with 14 kills on the match, while Peyton Bloomer added 11. Abby Miller tallied 28 assists against UIC, helping the Vikings to a .202 hitting percentage as a team.

Defensively, Emma Walker tallied a team-best 10 digs playing the entire match as the libero, while Miller and Halayna Kesling both added seven digs each.

Madalynn Butler finished with three total blocks on the match, while London Portis added two blocks.

Cleveland State will close out the regular season next weekend, hosting Northern Kentucky on Friday, November 12 and Wright State on Saturday, November 13. Saturday's match against the Raiders will serve as Senior Day, with the Vikings honoring the duo of Erica Kostelac and Lindsey Tout prior to first serve.
