Vikings Fall At Purdue Fort Wayne, 3-1

FORT WAYNE, Ind. – The Cleveland State volleyball team wrapped up its two-match series at Purdue Fort Wayne Tuesday evening, dropping a 3-1 decision against the Mastodons. The Vikings finish the week with an even 5-5 record on the season.

Match Stats
Hannah Greene finished with a team-high 17 kills, while London Portis posted 10 on the match.
London Portis recorded her 10 kills on a team-best .500 hitting percentage (10-1-18).
• Four Vikings finished the match with double-digit digs, including 17 from Caroline Kucia. Lindsey Tout posted 11 digs, while Audrey McConihe and Emily DeGeorge each added 10.
Hannah Greene and Abby Miller both notched five total blocks on the match, while Ainslie McLaughlin added three. 

Match Notes
• For the second straight match Caroline Kucia set a season-high with her 17 digs against the Mastodons.
Sarah Green posted the first kills of her collegiate career Tuesday, finishing with two on the match.
Ainslie McLaughlin finished with three total blocks and one kill against Purdue Fort Wayne, marking the first blocks and kill of her collegiate career.
Emily DeGeorge notched two service aces on the match, as the Vikings have now had at least one player with two or more service aces in all but one match this season.
Hannah Greene posted a season-high with her 17 kills on the match.
