Brandt & Bradley Earn Victories At Findlay Open

FINDLAY, Ohio – The Cleveland State track and field team returned to action at the Findlay Open Saturday, recording a pair of first place finishes in the 60 Meter Dash and 800 Meter Run.

Cleveland State's two victories came from Azsah Bradley and Anna Brandt, as Bradley won the 60 Meter Dash with a time of 7.68 and Brandt finished first in the 800 Meter Run with a time of 2:19.77.

The Vikings also had a pair of second place finishes on the day, coming from Monica Johnson in the 60 Meter Hurdles (9.06) and Margaret Smith in the 600 Meter Run (1:45.33).

Alli Pankow had Cleveland State's top finish in the 400 Meter Dash, placing third with a time of 1:04.98, while Hannah Korte also placed third in the 3000 Meter Dash (10:59.00).

Cleveland State's lone field event on the day was the Pole Vault, with Kaelin Stahl becoming the first Viking to compete in the event. Stahl finished with a mark of 3.13 to finish sixth.

In the relay events, the Vikings placed fourth and fifth in the 4x400 with a times of 4:21.57 and 4:23.49, respectively. Cleveland State also recorded a time of 1:46.13 in the 4x200 Meter Relay.

Cleveland State will continue its indoor slate next weekend, competing at the YSU Collegiate Invitational on Friday, January 17.
