From The Sidelines
"This was a great win for us today, the team played with a lot of fight throughout the entire match, and really put forth an entire team effort from the start of doubles play all the way until the end of singles action. It was so nice to see Gaby earn the clinching point in this match, as she was able to pick up a redemption win from the last time we faced YSU. I'm so proud of everyone, but I thought that Siân and Isabella definitely showed some focus and fight after battling for three-set wins. Lara played another strong tiebreaker for us, never giving up and playing mentally tough throughout the entire match. As always, Kate got us off to a quick 2-0 lead after picking up an efficient win in her singles match, and she continues to be a strong presence for us down at the bottom of the lineup." – Head Coach Frank Polito
