CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Cleveland State women's tennis team will continue its fall season this weekend, competing at the Martha Thorn Mountaineer Invitational. The three-day tournament will begin on Friday, October 19 and run through Sunday, October 21.

Cleveland State will be one of five teams competing this weekend, joining Akron, Delaware, Duquesne, and the host, West Virginia.

This will be the third of four fall tournaments for the Vikings this season, as they also competed in the Akron Shootout and Viking Invitational earlier this year, and they will close out the fall season at the WMU Super Challenge next month.

After the first two fall tournaments, Kateryna Avram and Gaby Schoenberg lead the Vikings with three singles wins each, while the doubles team of Lara Prosenjak and Schoenberg has picked up a pair of wins so far this year.
