2004-05 - Junior Season

Found a niche in the distance freestyle and backstroke events as a junior...recorded the second-fastest team times in the 500 free (5:11.09), 100 back (59.97), 200 back (2:07.29) and 200 fly (2:16.32)...500 free, 100 back, 200 back, 100 fly and 200 fly times represented career-bests...member of 800 free relay team which finished third and set a new school mark (7:43.38) at the Horizon League Championships...contributed points for the Vikings at the league meet with career-best times in the 100 back (59.97) and 200 back (2:07.33).

2003-04 - Sophomore Season

Tallied second-best team times in the 500 free (5:12.26), 100 back (1:01.58) and 200 back (2:07.80)...helped the 800 free relay team to season-best times at the Horizon League Championships...finished first or second in nine of 22 events, claiming three wins.

2002-03 - Freshman Season

Swam the 100 and 200 back and the 200 IM at the Horizon League Championships...was a finalist in the 200 back (2:10.81) at the Horizon League Championships...had the team's second best times in the 100 back (1:00.89), 200 back (2:10.81), and the 200 IM (2:15.60).

High School

Was chosen team captain her senior season and the most valuable swimmer as a freshman...a finalist in the 100 backstroke at the state championships...a three-time all-state selection, and all-district during the 2000-2001 season...her high school team placed first in the sectional championships, second in the district championships, and fourth in the state championships...was a member of the WTRC Sharks swim team.

Personal

Daughter of William and Zoe Peel and Sheila and Lynn Cook...born Nov. 8, 1983...a communications major...named to Dean's List...earned CSU's Athletic Academic Excellence Award in 2005...a team tri-captain.
