2005-06 - Junior Season

Established herself as one of the top freestyle swimmers in the Horizon League...posted team top times in four individual events (50 and 100 free and 100 and 200 breast) and swam on four of the squad's best relay teams...placed third at the Horizon League Championships in the 100 breast with a time of 1:06.13...posted team-best time in the 100 free (52.82) on 12/2 at the Miami Invitational and backed that up with a 52.89 at the league championships.

2004-05 - Sophomore Season

The Vikings' top swimmer in the short freestyle and breaststroke events as she claimed the top time in 10 events as a sophomore...established school records in the 50 free (23.86), 100 free (52.22), 100 breast (1:04.95) as well as being a member of the record-setting 800 free relay team (7:43.38)...turned in the second-fastest times of the year in the conference in the 50 free, 100 free and 100 breast...placed fourth at the Horizon League Championships in 50 free (24.16) and 100 breast (1:05.90)...additionally, she posted top 10 finishes in the 800 free relay (third), 400 medley relay (fourth), 100 free (fifth), 400 free relay (fifth) and 200 medley relay (sixth)...member of the school-record setting teams in 200 (1:48.08) and 400 medley (3:57.01) relays.

2003-04 - Freshman Season

Horizon League Newcomer of the Year...league champion in the 100 breaststroke with a then school-record 1:04.98...100 breast time in championship was also a league season-best...broke school records in the 50 free and 200 breast (2:22.72)...posted a team-best time in the 100 free (53.01)...posted the fourth-best all-time mark in the 100 free (53.01)...finished first or second in 24 of 26 events during the season, including a team-best 18 wins.

High School

Was the 2002 Swedish national champion as part of the 200 and 400 free relays and 200 medley relay...2002 and 2003 Swedish national finalist in the 50 and 100 breaststroke, and 100 individual medley...1999 and 2000 Swedish Junior national champion as part of the 200 medley and 200 free relays.

Personal

Born Nov. 5, 1983...daughter of Hans and Marie Lionell...was a member of the Sodertalje Sim Sallskap club team...international business major...named to Dean's List...earned CSU's Athletic Academic Excellence Award in 2005...a team tri-captain.
