2014-15 - JUNIOR SEASON
Finished in the top eight at the Horizon League Championships in both the 1M (7th) and 3M (8th)... finished 2nd at the CSU Magnus Invitational in the 1M and 4th in the 3M. Top scores of 280.6 in the 1M and 290.62 in the 3M.
 
2013-14 - SOPHOMORE SEASON
Had the top score in the 1-meter dive (280.60) and in the 3-meter dive (284.85) both coming against Gannon University.

2012-13- FRESHMAN SEASON
Had the top score in the 1-meter diving event at the UA Varsity Dual meet (258.37)...at the Ohio State swim meet, Sposet had the top diving score in the 3-meter dive (258.75), and against St. Bonaventure in the 3-meter dive she tallied a score of (243.30).
