Women's Swimming Places Fifth in the CSU Magnus Cup

CLEVELAND, Ohio- The Cleveland State women's swimming and diving team competed in the Third Annual Magnus Cup on the third and final day at Busbey Natatorium.  The Vikings tallied have 669.5 points through three days, which was good enough for fifth place. 

Madisen Tretter finished third in the 200 breaststroke with a team record time of 2:16.88.

"We came into the week hoping to learn a lot about our training and where we are at at this time. It gave us a great indication of where we are as a team. Very pleased with everything that we learned. Excited about moving forward." said Head Coach Paul Graham.

The Vikings will be back in the pool December 2, where they host Canisius in the City Dual Meet Invitational. Events will begin at 3:00 p.m at the Busbey Natatorium.
