THIS WEEK: The Cleveland State men and women's swimming and diving team will be in action this weekend, hosting the CSU Magnus  Invitational Friday-Sunday (Nov. 21-23) at the Robert F. Busbey Natatorium. Events will begin at 8:30 a.m. This will be an all day event throughout the weekend.

REVIEWING LAST MEET: The men and women's swimming and diving team each fell to St. Bonaventure (men: 123.5-113.5, women: 147-83) last week (Nov. 8) at the Reilly Center Pool, hosted by the Bonnies. The Viking men fell to 2-4, while the women also dropped to 2-4.

The Viking Women were led by Madisen Tretter and Samantha Sposet. Tretter won the 200 breast with a time of 2:29.13. Samantha won the 1 meter diving with a score of 268.50 and also won the 3 meter diving event with a score of 211.13.

For the men's squad, Gage Alleman placed first in the 400 IM with a time of 4:09.04. Philipp Sikatzki won the 200 back with a time of 1:53.05. Nathan Grant placed first in the 200 breast with a time of 2:08.91. In the 1 meter event, Danny Roberts placed first with a score of 320.55.

First 50 CSU students at Friday's finals (starting at 4PM) receive green swim goggles.

The Viking men and women will move on to host Canisius on Tuesday (Dec. 2) at the Robert F Busbey Natatorium in Cleveland, Ohio.
