FAIRBORN - The 2002 Horizon League Softball Championship schedule has been altered due to poor field conditions brought on by rainy weather over the last three days in the Miami Valley.

Cleveland State, which had been scheduled to face the host Raiders at 9 a.m. at Dayton's Stuart Field, will now play at noon at the same location in Game 2. Depending on the outcome of that game, the Vikings will face either UIC or Youngstown State, who face off at UD at 10 a.m. in Game 1 of the double-elimination tournament.

The winners of Game 1 and Game 2 are scheduled to play at 6 p.m. at Wright State. The two losers of the first two contests are scheduled to meet at 4 p.m., also at Wright State.

In other tournament action, Loyola and UW-Green Bay will play at 2 p.m. while Detroit takes on Butler at 4 p.m. Both of those games are slated for UD's Stuart Field.
