Amanda Macenko is quite simply the best pictcher in the Horizon League and one of the top throwers in the midwest. The reigning two-time Horizon League Pitcher of the Year, she overwhelms opponents at the plate with an array of pitches that feature good movement and speed changes. She still has room to improve however as she continues to learn the nuances of the game and understand the art of pitching. Look for her to once again throw the lion's share of innings in an effort to lead CSU to another league title.
