"Jess has become the heart and soul of our team. She is fantastic in the air, fierce in her tackles, demonstrates great leadership, and plays with tons of passion. She excels at keeping our defense organized and focused. Jess is also an invaluable part of our attack as she is a great target for us on set pieces."

2009 - Redshirt Season

Had a season ending injury after playing in two matches...granted a medical redshirt by the NCAA.

2008 - Junior Season

Appeared in all 19 matches this season...helped secure the win against Youngstown State (10/24) in overtime with a header off a corner kick...had a shot against Niagara (8/31) and Butler (10/26)...she walks away this season with one goal, one assist, eight shots on goal, and tallying three points for the season...earned second letter.

2007 - Sophomore Season

Started 15 of the 16 matches she appeared in...gave the Vikings a commanding 2-0 lead against Youngstown State (10/12) with a second half goal, her lone tally of the season...had two shots on goal against Delaware (9/9)...notched a shot against Detroit (10/26)...earned first letter.

At Eastern Kentucky

Did not play because of a knee injury. . . left the program in the fall of 2006, transferring to CSU for the 2007 spring semester.

High School

Two-time all-league selection at Mother of Mercy High, playing for coach Scott Dearing. . . earned first team all-league honors after leading team to league title as a junior. . . was a second team choice as a senior, serving as team captain. . . also lettered as a shortstop in softball, earning all-league honors in each of her four seasons.
