Let me begin by apologizing for being so slow to get the word out: the Men's and Women's Golf Program at Cleveland State University is holding a golf outing on Monday, August 27th, to benefit our golf scholarship program, and I am writing today to invite you to attend.

The outing will be held at Briardale Greens Golf Course, conveniently located in Euclid, Ohio, off Babbitt Road and only minutes from downtown Cleveland. Your $75 entry fee includes, 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch, plus beer and soft drinks served on the course, and prizes. Briardale is a challenging course that features some of the finest greens in the area, but the real pleasure will be in knowing you are helping our program grow.

Tee times will begin from 12:00 noon to 2:00pm with lunch available all afternoon. The format will be two best balls of four (80% hdcp). Come on out and join me for an afternoon of fun and enjoyment and meet the members of the Men's and Women's squads as they prepare for the fall campaign.

Make your own foursomes or let us arrange a game for you, but save the date for an afternoon of golf. Due to our late start we ask that you call and reserve your place as quickly as possible, but no later than Saturday, August 25th.
