CSU Finishes Sixth At Titans Invitational

REDFORD, Mich. - Cleveland State put together a 685 to finish sixth at the 36-hole Titans Invitational. Detroit hosted the seven-team field at the par 72, 5,995 yard Western Golf & Country Club.

Oakland maintained its 18-hole lead to claim the team title at 645. The host Titans were second at 655, while Loyola checked in at 669 to finish third.

Oakland's Christiana Cibrario claimed medalist honors, needing four playoff holes to defeat Detroit's Rachel McHenry and Oakland's Austin McDermaid after the trio finished at 156. Junior Amanda Glatfelter led the Vikings with a 170 to finish in a tie for 18th, while sophomore Mallory Wyderka tied for 21st at 172.

Cleveland State concludes its fall schedule at the Richmond Invitational on Oct. 16-17.
