INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Cleveland State shot a final round 331 and placed 13th of 14 teams at the 36 hole Butler Fall Invitational on Tuesday at the par-72, 6,303 yard Eagle Creek G.C.

The Vikings took one shot off of Monday's first round total of 332.

"We still have a long way to go as a team," assistant coach Nate Miklos said. "Conditions were pretty good to score today and we just didn't get it done. We are going to have to work hard the rest of the fall to get some things straightened out."

Sophomore Ariel Sparrow led the Vikings, tying for 40th place with rounds of 81-81 (162), while freshman Madeline Kaminski was one shot back at 163 (83-80) and tied for 43rd.

The Vikings are back in action on Oct. 11-12 when CSU competes at the Akron Zippy Invitational.
