TOLEDO - Cleveland State is 11th out of 14 teams after carding a two round total of 671 at the Rocket Classic. Eastern Michigan (592) leads host Toledo (599) by seven strokes heading into Sunday's final round. The event is being held at the 6,092 yard, par 72 Heather Downs Country Club.
Eastern Michigan's Catherine Fortin is at six-under par after posting rounds of 67 and 71. The only player under par, Fortin leads Toledo's Tammy Clelland and Ohio's Meredith Waterston by seven shots as both stand at one-over par. Kristen Obush is the top Viking contender at plus-14, good for a tie for 25th.
The final round begins on Sunday at 8:30 a.m. The tournament is unusual in that teams take four of six scores, as opposed to the normal five count four format.
