LEWISBURG, Pa. - Cleveland State shot a final round 329, moving up one spot, to finish 12th of 18 teams at the Bucknell Lady Bison Invitational on Sunday morning at the par-70, 6,006-yard Bucknell Golf Club.
CSU opened with rounds of 332 and 335 on Saturday.
"It was good to see us cut off a few strokes today," assistant coach Nathan Miklos said. "I think we played a little smarter today and managed the course a little better. This was the first time a lot of our players played 54 holes so it was nice to get them out there to see how they handle it."
Sophomore Ariel Sparrow placed 21st overall with rounds of 77-79-80 (236), while sophomore Lisa Barber tied for 39th at 244 (82-81-81).
Freshmen Shelly Ford and Madeline Kaminski both shot 84 today.
The Vikings are now out of action until CSU competes at the Butler Fall Invitational on Oct. 4-5.
