WARREN, Ohio - Cleveland State stands in a tie for fourth at the halfway point of the Youngstown State Taco Bell Invitational. Playing at the par 72, 5836 yard Avalon South GC, the Vikings and host Penguins both posted a 323. Bowling Green leads the nine-team field at 313.

Sophomore transfer Mallory Wyderka opened her CSU career with a 78 to stand in a tie for seventh. Junior Amanda Glatfelter is tied for ninth two shots back, while sophomore Ashley Davidson is tied for 12th after an 81.

Bowling Green's Jessica McCann leads the medalist race after and opening round 73. Detroit's Mandi Dupuis is second at 74, while three players stand tied for third at 76.

The tournament concludes with 18 holes on Tuesday (Sept. 12).
