GALENA, Ohio - The Cleveland State women's golf team wrapped up play at the Horizon League Championship on Tuesday, finishing fourth with a 54-hole total of 1,067. Junior Kristen Obush, the 2004 Co-Golfer of the Year, earned All-Horizon League honors for the third consecutive season.

"We just weren't able to get anything going this week," CSU head coach Tom Porten said. "On the positive side, it was nice to see Kristen honored for the third year in a row and we return our entire starting line-up for next year."

Led by 2005 Golfer of the Year Lynnsey Showers, Butler ran away with the team title posting a 972. Youngstown State was second at 1,020, while Loyola finished third at 1,027 at the 5,823-yard, par 72 Royal American Links.

Showers fired three rounds in the 70s (76-74-76) to claim medalist honors at 226.

Obush and freshman Amanda Glatfelter finished in a tie for 15th at 266 to pace the Vikings.
