CARMEL, Ind. - Cleveland State tied a school-record by carding a 318 in the final round to finish fourth out of six teams at the Horizon League Championship on Sunday.

The two-day, 54-hole event was played at the par-72, 6,113-yard Plum Creek Golf Course.

The 318 equaled the school record set at the IPFW Invitational in the fall.

CSU concluded the tournament with a three-round total of 999 after rounds of 347-334 on Saturday.

"This was a great way for us to end the season," head coach Steve Weir said. "Mallory was outstanding all weekend and Ashley had her best round today. It is exciting to look at our line-up and see that four of our top five players are returning next year."

Junior Mallory Wyderka recorded a 77 today and wound up in third place with a 54-hole total of 237 (79-81-77) to earn a spot on the all-tournament team.

Ashley Davidson matched Wyderka with a 77 today, her career-low round. She finished 19th. After opening with a 90 in Saturday's first round, Katie Broere came back with rounds of 79-80 to finish in a tie for 14th place (249).

Youngstown State's Katie Rogner won the event with a 230 (78-80-72), while Butler's Lauren Showers was the runner-up, two shots back at 232 (76-80-76).

Butler won the team title (954), by seven shots over Youngstown State. Detroit was third at 987.
