Women's Golf Concludes Play at William & Mary Invitational

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - Cleveland State shot a final round 319 and finished in 10th place at the William & Mary Invitational that conlcuded on Monday at the 6,043-yard, par-72 Plantation Course at Kingsmill.

CSU opened the tournament with rounds of 315 and 323 on Sunday.

Freshman Kaylee Neumeister was the Vikings top finisher, shooting a final round 75, which was tied for the fourth lowest round of the day in the 63 player field to finish tied for 26th. Neumeister, who shot 77-82 on Sunday, finished the tournament with a 234 total.

She also tied for fourth in the field with 35 pars in the tournament.

Freshman Ellie Cronin tied for 39th place with rounds of 81-76-80 (237), while sophomore Sophie Kelner placed 48th with rounds of 79-80-86 (245).

Junior Emily Turski finished the tournament among the leaders in par-3 scoring with a 3.25 average, playing the par three's in three-over-par. She placed 50th with rounds of 78-87-72 (247).

The Vikings are back in action on Sept. 26-27 at the Oakland Golden Grizzlies Invitational.
