Hackman Named to All-Horizon League First Team

HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, Fla. - Cleveland State senior Allyson Hackman was named to the women's golf All-Horizon League first team that was announced on Thursday night at the annual banquet on the eve of the league championship.

This season the coaches changed their All-League format from one seven-member team to a five-member First-Team and a five-member Second-Team.

Hackman is making her third consecutive appearance on the all-league team after leading the Vikings this year with a 78.9 scoring average, which is the third lowest average in school history for a season. Hackman's career average of 79.1 is the lowest in program history as she is the only player to average under 80.0 for a career.

This year, Hackman has posted three top-five finishes, including a runner-up showing at the Butler Invitational in March.

Hackman and the Vikings open the Horizon League Championship with the first round on Friday morning at the Mission Inn Resort.
