CLEVELAND, Ohio - Following her school record setting performance at the Chicago State Cougar Invitational on Monday and Tuesday, Cleveland State senior Micaela Cronin has been honored as the Horizon League Player of the Week.

It is the first honor for Cronin in her career.

Cronin finished as the runner-up by one shot at Chicago State, carding rounds of 74-72 to finish two-over-par 146. He 36 hole total shattered the school record by six shots and her final round 72 tied the CSU record for low 18 hole round.

The Vikings are back in action on Monday and Tuesday (Sept. 23-24) when Cronin and the Vikings host the CSU Invitational at Pine Hills G.C.
